We believe every great project starts with a solid plan, clear communication, and honest expectations. Here's what it looks like to work with Foley Integrated Contracting: Initial Consultation, Site Visit & Project Walkthrough, Detailed Estimate & Scope of Work, Contract Signing & Scheduling, Building Phase, Final Walkthrough and Project Wrap - Up.
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation — either in person or over the phone — to learn about your goals, timeline, and budget. Whether you're building from scratch or renovating an existing space, we take the time to understand your vision and answer any initial questions you have.
This step is always free and no-pressure
2. Site Visit & Project Walkthrough
Next, we’ll visit your property to assess the site, take measurements, and gather details that will guide your estimate. We look at everything from layout and structure to utility access and potential challenges. This ensures accuracy when we price and plan your project.
3. Detailed Estimate & Scope of Work
Once we’ve gathered the information, we provide a clear, detailed estimate that the project costs and timeline expectations. You'll receive:

A line-item breakdown of costs for each component

A written scope of work

Optional material or design upgrades

Estimated project timeline
We’ll walk through it all with you to make sure it aligns with your vision.
Depending on the size of the project, if permits and designs need to be drawn up and client does not go through with project, client may be responsible for cost of permits and design. This would be discussed up front during walk through.
4. Contract Signing & Scheduling
After you approve the bid, we’ll draft a formal contract outlining all agreed-upon work, pricing, and terms. Once signed, we secure your project dates and begin prepping your materials and team.
A deposit is required at this stage to reserve your spot.
5. Build Phase
Our crew gets to work. We prioritize communication and craftsmanship throughout your project. Jaden personally oversees each job site to ensure everything is built to our high standards. You’ll receive updates as we hit milestones, and we remain flexible to questions or adjustments along the way.
6. Final Walkthrough & Project Wrap - Up
Once construction is complete, we walk through the finished project together to ensure everything meets expectations. We handle any last touch-ups and confirm that you're 100% satisfied with the results before we wrap.
